Core Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders across the global Marketing & Brand organisation to understand strategic priorities and translate them into clear capability development needs. Define and evolve the LEGO Group’s Marketing & Brand Development strategy, ensuring the organisation builds the capabilities required to deliver future brand and growth ambitions. Chair the Marketing Skill Board, bringing together leaders and experts to identify capability priorities and ensure alignment with business strategy. Translate strategic capability needs into a multi-year Marketing & Brand Development roadmap and contribute these priorities to the enterprise One Learning Plan (OLP). Collaborate with other capability domain leads to integrate marketing capability priorities into the broader enterprise capability portfolio. Lead the design and development of impactful marketing capability experiences and development solutions that strengthen role-based expertise across the marketing community. Ensure capability initiatives are practical, relevant and embedded in how marketing teams work, enabling measurable improvements in capability and performance. Lead and develop the Brand & Marketing Development team, building a high-performing team that combines strong business partnership, capability expertise and operational excellence. Within the Global People & Leadership Development organisation, this role leads the Brand & Marketing Development capability domain. Working in close partnership with Marketing & Brand leadership, you will ensure that the LEGO Group continues to build world-class marketing capability while integrating these priorities into the enterprise One Learning Plan. Through this work, marketing capability development becomes a strategic lever supporting the organisation’s long-term growth ambitions. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience working in senior marketing capability, marketing development, or marketing leadership roles within a complex organisation. Deep understanding of modern marketing capability, brand building and marketing transformation. Strong credibility and presence with senior business leaders and marketing leadership teams. Experience translating business strategy into capability development priorities or workforce capability roadmaps. Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive execution and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in highly matrixed environments. Ability to collaborate across organisational boundaries and contribute to enterprise capability strategies.
