Meta is seeking an experienced creative and strategic leader who has successfully managed a team of professionals across several offices and countries. As Head of Creative Shop APAC (Director), you will lead and inspire a team of creative directors and strategists, working across all verticals while strengthening partnerships within Meta’s sales organization, Marketing Science, Business Engineering, Programs, Product Marketing, and our product organization - among others - as well as clients and creative agencies. You will have substantial experience in problem-solving and collaboration between distributed teams, demonstrated knowledge of the workings of our different canvases and the mechanisms of our auction, and proven cases that bring to life all this expertise. In addition, you will have executive-level management experience and a brilliant, creative, curious and strategic mind with the flexibility to work cross-functionally, and have extensive experience packaging and presenting creative solutions to large brands.This position is based in our APAC Headquarters in Singapore and reports to the VP Global Head, Creative Shop.
