(subject to review and approval) About the Role: The Director, Health Record Integrity is responsible for strategic leadership of the operations of health record integrity functions in the Digital Health Record (DHR) including, patient identity integrity, chart correction, deficiency and discharge summary reporting, and scanning and quality assurance. The Director is responsible for monitoring compliance with the NSQHS standards pertaining to maintaining accurate and complete health records. The Director is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continual improvement of the DHR.
