Responsibilities

Directs HCP team in the planning of healthcare and other services across the healthcare system.
Leads discussions, coordination, and process management of Enhanced Use Leases (EULs) implementation at the VA West Los Angeles (WLA) Campus as part of the Office of Strategic Facility and Master Planning (SFMP).
Leads subject matter experts while working alongside in the development of planning for Major Projects, Space Programming, and Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP) efforts, locally and at the VA national level.
Understands and can apply Space Planning principles (required) at a working level, conducts related performance/process improvement (desired).
Produces client ready deliverables related to the five phases of Project Management (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing).
Identifies and addresses clients’ needs specific federal program and project management, and federal consulting or federal project management.
Actively participates in and facilitates client discussions and project meetings.
Manages engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balances project budget with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Guides, plans, and provides oversight of the development, maintenance, and operational access to comprehensive scheduling documents used by all levels of management.
Interfaces with customer and contract personnel to develop and track project plans and deliverables.
Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment, restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
Develops executable solutions to satisfy project requirements
