Job Description This position will support a diverse portfolio of hedge fund clients by overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, investor activity, and key operational processes. Lead client relationships, drive process improvements, mentor junior team members, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all client and regulatory requirements. What you’ll do You'll support a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients, ensuring accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor allocations. Review key financial activities, including journal entries, management fees, capital calls and distributions, reconciliations, and waterfall calculations. Manage client deliverables, investor communications, audits, and tax-related requests while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and deadlines. You'll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and respond to ongoing client and ad hoc requests. Lead client onboardings, mentor junior team members, and help drive high-quality service delivery across the team. The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($107,000 - $180,000). Qualifications You have 10 plus years of progressive hedge fund accounting experience, ideally including hedge fund administration or public accounting experience with alternative assets focus. You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills with deep proficiency in accounting and fund administration. You've led and developed teams effectively while delivering excellent client service and fostering collaboration. You manage multiple priorities with accuracy, have excellent attention to detail, and deliver professional communication under tight deadlines. You leverage advanced knowledge of Advent Geneva, Outlook, Excel and Word to drive efficiency and precision.
