Essential Functions of the position are detailed below, and include any physical requirements below that.
1. Responsible for overseeing the overall and daily operations of the Community Casework services including managing program budgets.
2. Responsible for hiring, coaching, supervising, training, professional development of staff and for assigning work to staff and ensuring that all work is completed according to prescribed standards and provides guidance when necessary. Ensures adequate staffing to meet client needs and volume.
3. Handles all crisis situations and resident or employee complaints with sensitivity and expedience, makes independent decisions and consults with supervisory chain and internal and external business partners, when necessary, to resolve the matter.
4. Ensures staff maintain up-to-date and accurate client files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing, or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
5. Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
6. Facilitates the communication, marketing, delivery, and development of the program.
7. Ensure staff are informed of all laws and regulations relevant to the program services.
8. Responsible for ensuring the coordination of program services with other community organizations.
9. Ensures program grant applications are completed as necessary and grant funds are monitored and accounted for as required.
10. Researches new community resources for unmet needs of clients and conducts grant writing and proposal of development as required.
11. Participates in strategic planning and identifies trends and opportunities for program development.
12. Responsible for ensuring staff are informed of all relevant laws and regulations relevant to the program services and ensuring the coordination of program services with other community organizations.
13. Facilitates the communication, marketing, delivery, and development of the program.
14. Participates in community meetings to build awareness of program services and needs;

RELEVANT EDUCATION:
Preferred: MSW
Minimum: Master’s Degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: 7-9 years
Minimum: 4-6 years
