Deliver Excellence in HR Services Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to meet the strategic needs of the business, seamlessly integrating global processes and systems. Ensure the effectiveness of BSC's HR Model across GSC and support the broader HR strategy. Build and Attract Top Talent Develop and execute robust workforce plans, ensuring the right talent is in the right roles. Develop and Elevate Talent Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 15 years' experience in a progressive Human Resources organization or relevant business environment. Comfortable working and collaborating in a matrixed, global, growth-oriented environment. Ability to envision, drive and manage complex organizational change and development, with relentless follow-through to ensure successful outcomes. Ability to influence key stakeholders while executing large, complex, global projects within deadlines. Experience with developing and implementing custom talent strategies across various types of teams. Commitment to defining and delivering engagement and inclusion strategies. Previous experience in guiding, coaching and leading senior executives as a credible business advisor. Active mentor, coach or sponsor for talent. HR Business Partner experience. A proven track record of adapting to new information and technologies, coupled with a drive to deepen their knowledge in relevant domains. Demonstrated ability and understanding of the need to collaborate globally, across divisions, regions, and global functions. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong global networks.
