Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Regional Vision · Develop and execute the regional strategy for the HR Services and Solution Hub, aligned with Global People Services and Solutions objectives. · Lead the redesign and implementation of HR service and solution delivery models tailored to the diverse needs of the countries and regions. · Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and exceptional experience within the hub. HR Service Delivery & Solutioning Excellence · Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery models for the region, ensuring precision, intelligence, and velocity in operations. · Ensure operational excellence through robust governance, process optimization, and quality assurance across regional and country hubs. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, agile solutions that address local business needs and regulatory requirements. · Lead ongoing refinement of HR service catalog, processes, and organizational structure to adapt to evolving business needs in the region. Team Leadership & Development · Build, lead, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team across the region, fostering collaboration and professional growth. · Mentor and develop future leaders, promoting ethical leadership and a culture of ownership at every level. · Drive team engagement and unity across multiple countries and cultures. Innovation & Digital Transformation · Foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and value creation. Lead the adoption of digital tools, AI, and automation to optimize service processes for the region. · Partner with the AI/Productivity Team and other regional leaders to leverage data and intelligence for forward-looking solutions. · Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, tailored to the region unique challenges. Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Experience · Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders in the region, ensuring alignment of services with organizational and local objectives. · Measure and report on KPIs related to service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction for the region. · Lead change management initiatives to support transformation and elevate the value proposition for the region. Requirement · 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR shared services, HR operations, or service delivery, with significant exposure to regional markets. · Proven track record in designing and leading regional HR service delivery models in a multinational environment. · Strong expertise in HR process optimization, digital transformation, and change management. · Experience with AI-driven productivity initiatives and data-driven decision making. · Deep understanding of local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across Asia. · Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
