This hands-on position requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking. \n Accountabilities Drive talent strategies to elevate performance in digital and technology sectors. Manage annual talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning. Coach teams on performance management and goal-setting processes. Support recruitment strategies and ensure effective onboarding for technical roles. Serve as a connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence. Utilize AI and automation to improve HR operational efficiencies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience with senior-leader partnership. Experience supporting Technology & Digital organizations. Proficiency in transformation work including change management and talent management. Experience working with globally dispersed teams across various regions. Familiarity with Agile operating models and technical talent markets.
