Manage annual talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning. Coach teams on performance management and goal-setting processes. Support recruitment strategies and ensure effective onboarding for technical roles. Serve as a connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence. Utilize AI and automation to improve HR operational efficiencies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of HR generalist/HRBP experience with senior-leader partnership. Experience supporting Technology & Digital organizations. Proficiency in transformation work including change management and talent management. Experience working with globally dispersed teams across various regions. Familiarity with Agile operating models and technical talent markets.
