REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least 10 years of experience and leadership in strategic human resource management.
  2. Track record in driving HR initiatives to support business goals.
  3. Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  4. Extensive knowledge of Employment Act, tripartite guidelines and advisories and HR best practices
Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Human Resource Planning & Management
    a) Drive HR strategies and initiatives to support organisational goals.
    b) Drive workplace and workforce transformation for operational efficiency.
  2. Day-to-day HR Operations
    a) Leading a team of three to execute a full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, contract renewal, payroll, compensation, staff benefits).
    b) Develop and implement HR policies and processes ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Performance Management
    a) Implement and manage performance management system.
    b) Manage annual performance appraisal exercises.
  4. Learning & Development
    a) Oversee training and development needs of organisation and employees based on competency requirements.
    b) Develop and implement capability building and career development programmes.
  5. Employee Relations
    a) Address employee issues, manage conflict resolution and grievance handling.
    b) Manage employee engagement programmes.
  6. Talent Development
    a) Implement and manage talent development programmes and develop talent retention strategies.
    b) Oversee succession planning for business units.
  7. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
    a) Responsible for organisational manpower planning and budgeting.
    b) Manage manpower costs.
  8. General Office Administration
    a) Oversee general office administration and maintenance.
