Description
Description The Opportunity AllClear is a fast-moving, multi-segment organization operating across multiple business units and geographies. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead our people operations at a critical moment of growth. This is not a passive oversight role. You will own the full talent acquisition engine across our business units, lead a lean and capable HR team, and serve as the senior HR point of contact for our leadership group. At the same time, you will have the rare opportunity to help shape the strategic HR agenda as the organization scales — from workforce planning and performance frameworks to culture and employee development. If you thrive in execution mode, embrace technology and AI-driven HR practices, love building structure where there is ambiguity, and are energized by the challenge of getting ahead of a fast-growing business rather than chasing it, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Lead and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition across all business units and geographies, managing multiple active pipelines simultaneously • Manage and mentor the HR team across locations, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and professional development • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for General Managers and senior leadership • Partner with external recruiting agencies on senior and hard-to-fill roles • Drive pipeline visibility and recruiting metrics — ensuring leadership has clear, real-time status on all open positions • Leverage HR technology, ATS platforms, and AI-powered tools to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and HR operations • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offer management, compliance, and policy • Lead the workforce planning and talent review process — the organization’s most critical strategic HR initiative • Develop the broader strategic HR agenda: performance frameworks, culture and engagement, and employee development What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a director or senior manager role • Tech-savvy and forward-thinking — comfortable leveraging AI tools, modern ATS platforms, and data-driven approaches to HR and recruiting • Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-site talent acquisition • Experience leading HR teams and working cross-functionally with business unit leadership • Comfortable operating in an execution-focused HR environment while maintaining a strategic mindset for the road ahead • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment with evolving priorities • Experience with international hiring a plus • Exceptional organizational skills — able to manage multiple pipelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously • A builder’s mindset — you see gaps and fill them without waiting to be asked What We Offer • Direct access to senior leadership and the ability to shape the HR function • A team that is already functional and capable — you are stepping into structure, not starting from scratch • The opportunity to evolve the role as the organization grows and the strategic agenda reactivates • A modern, tech-enabled HR environment with appetite to adopt innovative tools and practices • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and manage the HR team across multiple business units and geographies. Develop the strategic HR agenda, including performance frameworks, culture, and workforce planning for a growing organization.
