Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive talent initiatives, support organizational goals, and lead a high-performing HR team. This role partners closely with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years in HR leadership or business partner roles with strategic execution experience.
  • Strong HR generalist knowledge and business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle HR initiatives across talent acquisition, development, compensation, and retention.
  • Advise leaders on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Analyze workforce trends and develop solutions to improve engagement and retention.
  • Mentor and develop HR team members.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
