Description
Act as a trusted advisor to the Galway Site Leadership Teams (SLT) while collaborating closely with HR leaders and client groups across the region. Partner with function leaders and senior HR leadership to deliver talent solutions aligned with business and performance goals, and enterprise HR frameworks. Partner with the Senior HR Director to drive enterprise-wide and regional HR initiatives while championing BSC's HR Operating Model. Guide leaders through organisational change using structured, transparent, and inclusive approaches. Lead Org change communication plans for Manager and above talent moves and large scale organisational change. Lead and develop the Galway HRBP team through coaching, capability building, clear goal alignment, and performance development. Coach senior and executive leaders to build high-performing teams and to foster organisational effectiveness. Lead Coaching for the SLT, identifying and addressing team development needs. Observe leadership dynamics in the organisation and provide insights to HRBPs and COEs. Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration while contributing to Ireland HR leadership decision-making and be a key voice in shaping the Ireland HR strategy.Required Qualifications: Honours Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Masters degree preferable. Minimum of 12 years' experience in progressive HR roles within large scale and global organizations with demonstrated success leading HR teams. Deep knowledge of talent management, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning. Strong consultative skills with demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders. Experience navigating ambiguity, driving change, and delivering measurable outcomes. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement. High learning agility and ability to connect people strategies across functions and regions. Design suitable organisation structure based on business needs; leveraging internal and external benchmarks and ensuring alignment with the Global Career Framework. Support and coach leaders with culture and engagement action planning while fostering a culture that reflects BSC's values, accelerates performance, and strengthens inclusion. Collaborate with Ireland HR peers to leverage HR policy application, process integration, and knowledge-sharing across sites.
