Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM) is seeking a dynamic HR professional who can translate strategy into action, driving alignment between the Division and FPM’s overarching direction. This role is pivotal in shaping our organization’s future and involves approximately 35% travel, ensuring hands-on involvement in moving operative topics forward.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HR-related topics and oversee HR processes across multiple global locations, including Bramsche, Hückelhoven, Neugersdorf, Lomnice (CZ), and Zhangjiagang (CN), as well as 10 legal entities worldwide for sales and logistics activities.
  • Translate the strategy into operative, long-term goals that are aligned with the divisional leadership team.
  • Lead and develop Site HR Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Drive HR workstreams leveraging the PMI process management.
  • Harmonize and optimize HR-related processes.
  • Ensure labor law compliance and manage labor relations effectively
