Lead successful HR Dept of Health and Joint Commission visits. Collaborate on workforce planning and connecting the system's strategic priorities. Ensure broad HR consultative services are achieved including: recruitment and retention, employee engagement, professional and leadership coaching, and competency management. Work collaboratively with the other campus Human Resources Directors on projects and systemwide initiatives as prioritized by the SR VP of Human Resources. Develop and Grow your Career! Position: Director, Human Resources Shift: Full Time - On-site Experience: A minimum of 10 years progressive HR and managerial experience. Experience with leadership development and coaching is preferred. Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred. Knowledge of EEOC and DOL regulations, relevant employment legislation, communications, human relations and management skills normally acquired through 10-12 years of Human Resource Generalist experience. Knowledge of ERISA, labor law, organizational development and compensation. Education: 1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. Master’s degree preferred in a related Human Resources field. Licensures/Certifications: N/A
