Description

IPS - Rubbercraft is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead core HR functions in our aerospace manufacturing organization. This individual will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and supports workforce capability through robust development and succession planning programs. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred to support our diverse workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Aerospace or defense industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading employee development and succession planning efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to support or lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of CA employment law, HR compliance, and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification a plus
