An integral part of our Global Shared Service Center network, our SSC’s are a critical element of our Global Finance Structure, supporting countries across the America’s with transactional added value Finance activities, as well as driving improvements to Finance Process and Systems. We also host other functions in the center making this a dynamic and interesting environment, where people are a central part of what we do every day.

Responsibilities
  • Have 10-15 years experience in HR, preferably in with some time in Generalist HR
  • Have Experience leading teams
  • Have Strong Negotiation, Influencing skills and ability to act as a Business Partner
  • Be a Credible Business Communicator
  • Be Familiar with the application of Employment Legislation and business practice
  • Have a Compliance Mindset
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and digitalization skills
  • Have experience in Shared Service Centers operations or similar in terms of stakeholders management
