JOB TITLE: Director, Infrastructure & Project Finance
LOCATION: London
HOURS : Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of your time, in the office.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead the origination and execution of Infrastructure & Project Finance (I&PF) advisory mandates, leveraging a strong network of financial sponsors and corporates.
• Oversee the structuring and implementation of complex lending and advisory based project finance deals across sectors such as transportation, renewables, power, and digital infrastructure, including opportunities with Scottish Widows.
• Lead the team as Deal Captain, coordinating internal processes and collaborating with others to achieve a successful financial close and alignment with credit and investment policies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the I&PF strategy, with a focus on growing the advisory offering and improving client outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a high-performance, inclusive culture within the I&PF team.
• Build positive relationships across internal teams and external clients to support business development and reinforce the team’s market presence.
