We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Implementation and Training, Client Accounting for our home office in Orlando, FL. The Director of Implementation and Training is responsible for learning, training, and implementing accounting best practices utilizing our software & technology throughout client accounting.   This role will provide accounting operational training, feedback, supervision, support, mentorship, and guidance to each of the client accounting departments.   Key Responsibilities Include: * Provide leadership and assistance to the department employees, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growth. * Respond to and resolve all requests in a timely manner. * Provide ongoing support and assistance to team members. * Analyze current business practices to customize and implement client accounting training utilizing industry-leading software and technology that will drive Sentry Management functions and initiatives. * Identify and coordinate assignments of internal resources and external partners to meet training requirements.  * Possess a thorough understanding of systems and related business processes. * Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend development solutions. * Build working knowledge of company systems, procedures, operations, and Sentry software; the ability to come up to speed quickly is required. * Utilize a variety of technologies and tools to develop learning materials, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other training creation platforms (training provided as needed). * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in general accounting or a relevant field, preferred * Have minimum of 5 years of management-level operation experience  * Exceptional leadership presence, business acumen, and presentation skills * Proven record of success in financial and service oversight * High-level skills in writing and editing, planning and coordination of numerous tasks, and using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in general accounting or a relevant field * Experience with and knowledge in community association management * Merchant Payment Processing/Technology knowledge    Benefits and Compensation: * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications * Training and Support provided  * Comprehensive benefits package * Work-life balance    Sentry Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer
