Reporting to the Director – In Service Engineering, this position is responsible for leading a global team of approximately 20 In-Service Engineers who are based at Aerospace product design/manufacturing locations in developed markets, India (Bangalore & Hyderabad), and Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for monitoring the in-service performance for Honeywell Aerospace Avionics products, launching initial product investigations for poor performing products and ensuring continuous communications to internal stakeholders and customers for product reliability issues.  The ISE Director will communicate daily Honeywell customers, the broader C&PS organization, Product Enterprise (GBE) leaders, Engineering, ISC, the GTO Field Service Engineering (FSE) team, and the GTO Service-Related Difficulty (SRD) COE.  As a key member of the In Service Engineering leadership team, this person will be a key contributor to define the strategy we create that provides exceptional technical support for our customers and driving a substantial improvement in customer sentiment regarding Honeywell products and support. ng with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
