As a Director, you will be responsible for developing strategies and operational plans to maintain robust, scalable, and secure IT services while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. • Intervention Mode Preparedness: Ensure that CDIC’s IT infrastructure is scalable and capable of responding rapidly in intervention scenarios, including setting up temporary operations and ensuring the integrity and availability of IT infrastructure during crises.
  • Resource and Vendor Management: Manage critical vendor relationships to ensure CDIC has timely access to the necessary technology resources and expertise, especially for crisis intervention and contingency planning.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and proactive cybersecurity practices.
