Responsibilities:

As the Director of ITS, you will be at the helm of our technology initiatives, steering the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our IT operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services. You’ll lead a high performing ITS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the ITS strategic plan, communicate progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Inspire, mentor, and support our ITS managers and specialists.
  • Ensure our IT infrastructure and systems are stable, scalable, and secure.
  • Lead key projects, including cybersecurity enhancements and infrastructure modernization.
  • Guide the ITS team to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Safeguard our organization’s cybersecurity posture, collaborating with the internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and implement best practices.
  • Oversee IT support operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and system availability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ITS and other departments, understanding and meeting their technology needs.
