SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and experienced Director, Inside Operations to lead our internal operations team and help shape the future of our business. In this role, you will report to the VP, Peak Services and be responsible for leading the Project Coordinator (PC) team, overseeing job scheduling, and supporting the day-to-day activities that ensure our projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
As a senior leader, you’ll play a key role in process improvement and operational scalability while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the leadership team and collaborate across departments to drive performance, streamline systems, and support national growth.
This is a hybrid position—work onsite Monday to Thursday in either the Calgary, AB or Richmond, BC office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience, within a construction, restoration, or renovation environment.
  • Proven track record in process development and implementation.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Xactimate/XactAnalysis
  • CRM platforms
  • Project management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee inside operations including the Project Coordinator team, order desk, and job scheduling functions.
  • Directly manage the PC team to ensure timely and effective communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and field crews.
  • Collaborate with the order desk to manage creation of accurate work orders and purchase orders.
  • Ensure optimal scheduling of jobs to maximize use of available installation capacity.
  • Partner with field operations to monitor, maintain, and grow installation capabilities across markets.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, leadership, and performance feedback to internal team members.
  • Track KPIs and implement continuous improvements in line with company growth goals.
