Description

At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or intelligence analysis, with a focus on insider threat detection and response. Proven expertise in designing and operating insider threat programs within large, complex organizations. Strong background in behavioral analytics, digital forensics, and incident investigation. Experience collaborating with HR, legal, and compliance teams on sensitive investigations. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NYDFS, DORA, NIS2, SEC rules) and industry best practices for insider risk management. Ability to clearly articulate technical risks and solutions to non-technical senior leadership. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risks into actionable insights for business and risk leaders. Financial services experience is welcome, but not critical. Relentless curiosity and a passion for solving complex technical and human-centric problems.
