Description Responsible for managing the ITL team and the department efforts to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Leads complex R&D projects related to incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, cycle time reductions and other improvements. Engages directly with customers to guide Skorpios efforts specific to the project. Leads various engineering and Operations organizations to meet milestones, resolve conflicts and align priorities, including cross-functional teams without formal authority. Drive and manage the technology execution of projects. Co-create with Customers and resolve Technical as well as Tactical issues. Prepare and present Project Reviews to peers, Executives and Customers. Define Objective Specification documents based on customer milestone requirements and develop integrated process modules to meet those Objective Specs. Correlate output Device parameters to inline Fab measurements/metrics and processes. Prepare Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control Methods to develop Macro Modules. Consult and participate hands-on fab inspection for complex issues Competencies · Influential, particularly with cross-functional stakeholders · Superb communication skills, both verbal and written · Excellent documentation Requirements 8+ years industrial experience in Semiconductor/ MEMS based technology with experience in a variety of applications and processes. Project Management experience and team leadership experience. Prior experience and strong knowledge in Fab Process Technology using typical semiconductor process equipment like CVD, PVD, Etch, Cleans, Photolithography, CMP. Knowledge of element interactions, process mixing and contamination. Memory and or MEMS process integration, including Failure Analysis, Defect Analysis, FMEA’s to enable prototyping to robust manufacturing solutions. Master’s degree or PhD in Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field Preferred Education and Experience PhD degree in Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar field Understanding of Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Six Sigma knowledge Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements Authorization may be required to release covered technology to employees who are not U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees.
