Job Description This senior technical sales role supports a rapidly growing organization by leveraging deep expertise in European fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and marketing environments. The position focuses on guiding U.S. clients and sales directors, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services, and strengthening relationships with private equity, real estate, debt and hedge fund clients. Success in this role requires building and maintaining professional networks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a team environment that enhances knowledge of European service capabilities. Ultimately, the role combines technical insight with commercial acumen to expand client engagement and achieve defined sales targets. What you’ll do You'll contribute to shaping the European fund services offering, go-to-market strategy, and sales plan for US fund managers You'll accompany sales and client directors to pitches and meetings as a subject matter expert on European fund and regulatory matters You'll develop, deliver, and monitor sales plans while driving new business opportunities and achieving revenue growth targets You'll build and maintain feeder networks, particularly US based connections with strong European links, to expand market reach What we offer IQ-EQ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance. The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($150,000 - $180,000). Qualifications You bring strong sales and negotiation skills, backed by at least 5 years of senior experience in the alternatives sector You possess expert knowledge of European fund domiciles, structures, and regulatory frameworks, particularly AIFMD You demonstrate deep understanding of private equity, real estate, debt, and hedge fund environments, enabling you to advise and influence effectively You embody integrity, credibility, and commitment to organizational values, while inspiring and motivating others with initiative and drive You are fluent in English and equipped with excellent communication, IT, budgeting, and reporting skills to deliver results Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
