The Division leads UOW’s international recruitment strategy, ensuring the University remains a destination of choice for students worldwide. The Director, International Student Recruitment, provides strategic leadership of international student recruitment to UOW’s Australian campuses and UOW College. This senior role is accountable for delivering a sophisticated, end to end recruitment framework that drives sustainable revenue growth, strengthens market diversification, and ensures high quality international student intakes. As a key leader within the DVC (Growth and Global) portfolio, the Director oversees high performing onshore and offshore teams managing recruitment, conversion and UOW’s agent network. It aligns recruitment strategy with institutional priorities, and builds strong partnerships across Admissions & Compliance, Brand Marketing & Communications, Global Partnerships, Faculties and Student Services to ensure seamless integration into the recruitment model. The role also represents UOW in high level international forums and with government, influencing policy and enhancing the University’s global reputation.
