The Director of EMR Interoperability Operations is a key leadership role responsible for scaling and overseeing EMR integration delivery, with direct involvement managing and supporting operational teams, strategic internal and external relationships, and serving as a primary escalation path for implementation activity. The core objective is to ensure consistent and effective execution, clear accountability, and strong collaboration across teams involved in provider onboarding and integration. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Operations leadership, this role will ensure alignment and play a critical part in building scalable processes, effective teams, and a strong culture of cross-functional collaboration to support provider adoption and long-term success. This role will manage the IM and ISE teams and will be accountable for overall operational success, personnel management, playbook content, escalation pathways, and status/ metric communication. This responsibility will be supported via direct collaboration with engineering, product, and other cross-functional leadership. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $139,000 to $150,000 (annualized USD).
