SALARY GRADE
Case Western Reserve University is committed to providing a transparent estimate of the salary range available for this position at the time of its posting. The salary range is between $76,725 and $97,057, depending on qualifications, experience, department budgets, and industry data.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: Master’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience in an academic environment are required; OR Doctoral degree and 5 years of relevant experience in an academic environment are required. Prefer experience working with large courses or cohorts of students, experience within interprofessional education, and university-level teaching experience. Prefer experience working in a health sciences campus or academic medical center.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledgeable about Interprofessional Education Competencies, with demonstrated experience in development of Interprofessional Education curriculum development, program management, and faculty development.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, demonstrating sensitivity to various constituent interests.
- Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality when involved with sensitive educational matters. Ability to maintain a mature, diplomatic, knowledgeable, and professional attitude at all times.
- Strong course development and management skills, including developing learning objectives and learning activities and assignments that enable students to meet those objectives.
- Ability to work effectively and coordinate activities for very large numbers of students.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in strategic planning, program and project development, implementation, financial and operational analysis, and evaluation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in multiple teams to effectively and efficiently complete tasks, projects, and strategic plans with minimal supervision and general direction.
- Proficiency with course management systems, such as Canvas, as well as general computer skills/systems/software proficiency. Proficiency with utilizing management tools, such as the Google suite of applications, Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Canva, Zoom, etc. Comfortable with learning new platforms through self-education and directed just-in-time learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Insight into when and how to seek advice, input and assistance from colleagues and supervisors.
- Demonstrated history of successful support, education, and advocacy for all students, aligned with the values, mission, and messaging of the university, while adhering to the staff policy on conflict of commitment and interest.
- Ability to meet consistent attendance.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (colleagues, supervisors, learners, community partners and customers) face to face.
- Prefer familiarity with accreditation standards related to IPE (e.g., LCME, CCNE, CODA).
- Prefer background in education research or scholarship in interprofessional collaboration.
