Your Day to Day * Lead the investment analysis team across the region, evaluating development opportunities from market research through to valuation and approval. * Partner with development and leadership teams to provide financial insights that shape deal strategy and decision‑making.  * Oversee the preparation of deal approvals and ensure high‑quality analysis across all projects.  * Guide and develop the team, building capability and ensuring strong performance across multiple markets.  * Lead strategic projects and continuously improve processes to strengthen analysis and outcomes.    What We Need From You * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.  * 10+ years’ experience in investment analysis, valuation, finance or hotel development.  * Proven experience leading teams and working across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management.  * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.  * Excellent communication and influencing skills to support senior‑level decision making.   At IHG, we’ve made a promise.
