Your Day to Day * Lead the investment analysis team across the region, evaluating development opportunities from market research through to valuation and approval. * Partner with development and leadership teams to provide financial insights that shape deal strategy and decision‑making. * Oversee the preparation of deal approvals and ensure high‑quality analysis across all projects. * Guide and develop the team, building capability and ensuring strong performance across multiple markets. * Lead strategic projects and continuously improve processes to strengthen analysis and outcomes. What We Need From You * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field. * 10+ years’ experience in investment analysis, valuation, finance or hotel development. * Proven experience leading teams and working across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities. * Excellent communication and influencing skills to support senior‑level decision making. Responsibilities

Lead the regional investment analysis team to evaluate development opportunities and provide financial insights for deal strategy. Oversee deal approvals and guide the team to strengthen analysis and outcomes across multiple markets.
