Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Director to lead transactions and oversee the execution process that is largely done locally. The select individual will focus heavily on execution of existing M&A pipeline of transactions in the GCC.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, or related field is required.
• Successful candidates will need to have a strong track record in M&A & ECM transactions, with ideally some experience of operating within the Middle East.
