Description
Quarterly Earnings Execution Lead the development of quarterly earnings materials, including the press release, investor presentation, prepared remarks, and supporting documents. Partner with the VP of IR to prepare the CEO and CFO for analyst and investor Q&A. Financial Analysis & Messaging Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to understand key business drivers and translate complex financial data into clear, investor-friendly messaging. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, and rating agencies. Proactively manage inbound inquiries and facilitate ongoing engagement with the investment community. Investor Event Strategy Support the planning and execution of investor events, including conferences, roadshows, and investor days. Develop messaging strategies tailored to each audience and event. Market & Peer Intelligence Monitor industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment. Provide insights to inform IR strategy and executive decision-making. Consensus Analysis Lead detailed analysis of consensus estimate changes. Identify and summarize divergences from company guidance and anticipate impacts to analyst models based on company messaging. IR Operating Cadence Own and drive the core operating rhythms for Investor Relations, including deliverables and meetings for quarterly earnings and other key events, in partnership with the CFO's EA. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Legal, Finance, Communications, and other teams to ensure alignment across external messaging, media outreach, leadership communications, and crisis management. --- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analytics or corporate strategy (e.g., FP&A, strategic finance, investor relations, equity research, private equity, investment banking, consulting). Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies. Deep understanding of financial statements and P&L drivers. Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling presentations and financial graphics. Experience presenting to senior executives (e.g., CEO, CFO). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
