Job Description What is the opportunity? This position is for the Director of Investor Services Business Technology (ISBT) Business Management role. The role is accountable for leading various Business Management functions including the Supplier Management function for WII BT Globally, ISBT Planning, Financials, Target Operating Model & Governance functions. The role is accountable for supporting the strategic delivery of the various Business Management functions and is inclusive of People Management responsibilities. This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home. What will you do? Work collaboratively with local and global T&O teams adhering to standards across the Bank Lead regional T&O engagements where appropriate Support the delivery of regional IT strategic objectives Lead a team that ensures the execution of an efficient, transparent & controlled Planning function Responsible for leadership reporting on ISBT operating model Set strategic objectives for ISBT target operating model & report on progress Manages Supplier Delivery Management teams accountable for supporting WII BT Supplier Management strategy Ensures employees understand RBC vision, as well as supports and reinforces targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
