We are seeking an experienced IT Finance Director to lead our finance technology initiatives and manage our SAP S/4 HANA system. This role will be pivotal in driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial operations, and leveraging technology to optimize our financial processes.
This role will be reporting to the VP of IT-Global Enterprise Application. This group is responsible for all ERP and associated applications to run the business and also implementing cutting edge-technology projects that add value to the strategic business processes and goals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Strong SAP FI-CO domain background with experience in Hi-Tech Manufacturing Industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is essential.
  • Strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the IT finance strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • SAP S/4 HANA Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA for financial operations.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive leadership, to drive financial initiatives.
