Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership within the CIO organisation.
  • Report directly to the Head of IT, Germany, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Drive the agile transformation across teams, achieving full implementation of PI-Planning across all IT areas.
  • Manage and control IT projects in an agile environment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee personnel resources, operating materials, and budget allocations for your area.
  • Continuously improve existing IT processes and develop optimisation strategies.
  • Deliver architectural consulting and design in both projects and operations, leveraging cutting-edge technological trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Represent projects and initiatives in steering committees (Steercos) and client-facing activities.
