Role Summary The Director – IT Strategy serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Senior Leader of Information Technology, enabling enterprise‑level execution, organizational alignment, and leadership effectiveness across the Honeywell Aerospace India IT organization. Operating in a Chief of Staff–like capacity, this role functions behind the scenes as a trusted advisor, integrator, and execution leader, ensuring that India IT strategies, priorities, and actions are tightly aligned with Honeywell Aerospace Global IT initiatives and operating models. The Director bridges global intent with local execution, drives organizational change, and ensures disciplined follow‑through on leadership priorities.
