JOB SUMMARY
The Director of IT Infrastructure is a senior leader accountable for the architecture, reliability, and scalability of Community’s enterprise-wide technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and governance of IT operations, ensuring 24/7 infrastructure support of mission-critical systems across clinical, administrative, and member-facing services.
Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, the Director plays a central role in disaster recovery planning, enterprise IT security, digital workplace productivity, and hybrid data center management. This role demands expert-level technical fluency, strong vendor and budget management acumen, and a proven record of operational excellence in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required.
Master’s degree preferred
