This leader will take point on AI ready infrastructure—ensuring our networks, datacenters, and cloud platforms meet enterprise standards for security, performance, availability, and compliance so the business can confidently scale AI and advanced analytics. The role also sponsors and executes the Next Generation Datacenter program, modernizing core platforms while continuously improving overall security posture and recoverability.  Duties & Responsibilities Lead the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of all infrastructure systems, networks, and end-user support systems to ensure high levels of functionality, reliability, performance, and business alignment Oversee, coordinate, and monitor all support, administration, and operational management activities Responsible for high levels of infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, problem management/elimination, PCI compliance, and IT disaster recovery utilizing developed standards, procedures, and operational IT processes, monitoring for continuous improvement Lead the development of the service strategy and technical roadmap and ensure its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning Interact with and manage outside vendors, outsourcers, and service providers to procure and deliver technology products, services, and contracts. Ensure consistent quality and delivery of service across a tiered IT support model Set the mission and vision of the team to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure business and customer needs are satisfied. Champion involvement in the IT organization's innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities Direct, lead, and motivate a function(s) to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 7+ years of IT leadership experience within infrastructure technology disciplines  Strong knowledge in modern software, infrastructure, and mobile technologies Project management and team management skills, across multiple teams, such as planning, budgetary control, people management, etc. Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in both business and IT, with preferred experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge and experience managing all aspects of cloud platform and services management in Microsoft Azure, as well as on-premise-based solutions Ability to handle pressure and deadline-oriented project demands, as well as manage multiple initiatives Strong change manager in an organization with a passion to lead successful team efforts and projects Working knowledge of Security practices and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levels Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Strong business and financial acumen with a value mindset, possess strong advisory skills, and demonstrate ownership of the function(s), strategy and objectives assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree (4 years) Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of work experience Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience Preferred Qualifications Certifications recommended for technical disciplines (MTA, PMP, MCSE / MSCD, CCNP / CCNA) Work Environment Office environment Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
