Job Description

YOUR CAREER

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of IT CPQ & ECommerce Solutions to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack into the next generation. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, architectural design, and flawless execution of our Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and E-commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a deep technical expert with a passion for innovation, a proven leader of global engineering teams, and possesses a strong curiosity and preferably hands-on experience in applying AI to solve business challenges. You will be instrumental in driving our IT CPQ and e-commerce team towards an AI-Led Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Applications.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Progressive Technical Leadership: 12+ years of experience in enterprise software and IT, with at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity managing large-scale Salesforce and GTM application development teams.
  • AI Exploration & Implementation: Demonstrated experience or a strong, tangible curiosity in exploring and implementing AI use cases. Prior experience with Generative AI, predictive modeling, or leveraging AI in the software development lifecycle is highly preferred.
  • Deep CPQ systems Expertise: Proven mastery of Salesforce CPQ and a strong vision for the broader Revenue ecosystem, including product modeling, advanced pricing rules, discount schedules, complex approvals, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Hands-On Salesforce Platform Mastery: Strong, current, and hands-on expertise in core Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. You can guide and contribute to technical design and code reviews.
  • Advanced Configuration Engine Experience: Direct experience with Logik.io or other advanced, high-performance configuration engines designed for complex, enterprise-grade product and pricing models is a significant plus.
  • Enterprise Integration Architecture: A proven track record of designing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, such as ERP (SAP, Oracle) and middleware/iPaaS solutions (SnapLogic, MuleSoft).
  • Agile & DevOps Leadership: Extensive experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment with a deep understanding of modern DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment best practices for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically and effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Global Team Management: Experience managing, coaching, and developing geographically distributed engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive global culture.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application/System Architect) are highly desirable.
