Position: Director, IT Supply Chain Planning & Procurement

Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a closely related field.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a strong focus on supply chain planning and procurement systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain management solutions like Oracle EBS, Demantra, and ASCP or leading solutions like o9.
  • Proven experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system implementations and automation.
  • Experience with system integrations, including REST APIs, EDI, and middleware tools (OIC, Workato, etc.).
  • Solid track record managing complex, global IT projects from concept to completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree
  • Oracle Fusion experience
  • Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle WMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
  • Experience in ERP system upgrades, cloud migration, and enterprise IT modernization initiatives.
  • Strong background in CPG and distribution environments, understanding IT challenges in large-scale supply chain operations.
