The Director, IT/Systems is responsible for leading PRO-spectus’ enterprise-wide IT operations and security. This role ensures that the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and data remain secure, efficient, and scalable to support our mission: helping patients gain access to the care they need. The Director will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, systems management, and compliance, while fostering a culture of security awareness and operational excellence across the company. Core Duties/Responsibilities:   IT Operations & Infrastructure * Lead and manage IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient systems performance. * Oversee the administration and optimization of enterprise systems, data pipelines, cloud environments, and user platforms. * Implement scalable processes to support a remote-forward workforce across multiple time zones. * Monitor system performance, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness. Cybersecurity & Compliance * Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company and client data. * Lead proactive cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory and industry security frameworks. * Manage and respond to third-party risk assessments, audits, and client inquiries. * Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Strategy & Leadership * Partner with executive leadership to align IT strategy with PRO-spectus’ business and patient access goals. * Drive technology adoption and security-first culture across the organization. * Identify opportunities for operational improvements, automation, and new technologies. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team that supports collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Vendor & Budget Management * Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and cloud service providers. * Evaluate and implement third-party solutions that enhance IT operations and security posture. * Manage IT operations and security budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments. Collaboration & Support * Provide responsive, service-oriented IT support to internal teams. * Collaborate with Market Access, Clinical Adherence, Pharmacy, and Revenue Cycle Management teams to ensure technology supports patient access workflows. * Deliver reporting, dashboards, and metrics to track IT performance, system usage, and security posture.
