DIRECTOR, IT & TELECOM CATEGORY AND SOURCING EXECUTION

At Supply Ontario we are passionate about our clients and are looking for someone who will provide and guide strategic initiative that drives Supply Ontario’s mission forward.
We are looking for a Director, IT &Telecom Category and Sourcing Execution, who will acta strategic leader in enterprise procurement and supply chain management, accountable for driving the development, implementation, negotiation, and oversight of enterprise-wide procurement agreements for common IT & Telecom goods and services that are closely aligned with government priorities.
This position will focus on advancing category management strategies that drive greater value and enable the efficient delivery of government programs, services, and initiatives, in alignment with Supply Ontario’s strategic objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring these enterprise-wide agreements produce measurable outcomes by maximizing vendor performance, eliminating procurement redundancies across the Ontario Public Service (OPS), Broader Public Sector (BPS), and wider public sector, and identifying opportunities to introduce and develop new procurement categories.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on the expansion of stakeholder engagement to enhance service levels and foster innovative service delivery opportunities across the public sector as well as provide strategic leadership in delivering end-to-end supply chain advisory services to ministries, agencies, and public sector partners, ensuring procurement and supply chain processes are streamlined, efficient, and capable of meeting operational needs.
