Own timelines and budgets for your workstream; provide status updates, including inputs for bi‑weekly client reports and internal timekeeping. Support invoicing accuracy and partner with accounts on timely fee recovery. Engage in business development activities (e.g., drafting thought‑leadership pieces, attending networking/marketing events) and proactively surface opportunities. Qualifications Preferred 1st degree in construction or engineering subject. 2nd degree in legal or construction management subject. Formal training in dispute resolution or related processes. Required Demonstrable initiative, strong client‑relationship skills, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Experience preparing and presenting analytical findings to clients and stakeholders. Preferably, prior consultancy experience on substantial and/or complex quantum disputes, including supporting lead experts in formal dispute processes.
