Job Summary: The Key Account Director is responsible for the end-to-end performance, sustainability and strategic development of key bancassurance partnerships, with a specific focus on High Net Worth (HNW) customer segments and digital-led transformation of bancassurance distribution models. The role drives profitable growth, P&L ownership, partner relationship management and innovation, ensuring Prudential remains a preferred strategic partner while evolving traditional bancassurance into digitally enabled, customer centric and scalable models. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Account & P&L Management Own full P&L accountability for assigned strategic bancassurance partners, ensuring long‑term financial viability and profitability of partnership. Translate joint business plans into clear execution roadmaps, with strong governance over targets, productivity, cost and risk. Ensure alignment between partner strategy and Prudential’s enterprise, growth and sustainability objectives. 2. High Net Worth (HNW) Segment Leadership Lead the development and execution of HNW bancassurance strategies, including product propositions, customer journeys and servicing models. Partner closely with bank counterparts to deepen penetration within affluent and HNW segments, improving share of wallet and customer lifetime value. Ensure HNW propositions are supported by appropriate advisory capability, product design and service infrastructure. 3. Digital Transformation & Innovation Drive the digital transformation agenda across bancassurance partnerships, including: Digital sales platforms and tools Data‑driven customer insights and analytics Simplified, straight‑through and scalable sales and servicing processes Identify and incubate new digital‑enabled distribution models, specialist propositions and ecosystem partnerships. Work with internal and external stakeholders to pilot, scale and embed future‑ready bancassurance capabilities. 4. Partner & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary senior interface with bank partners, nurturing trusted relationships and resolving complex commercial or operational matters. Influence and align multiple internal stakeholders (Products, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance) to deliver partner commitments. Proactively manage expectations, escalate risks early and ensure timely resolution of issues. 5. Sales Performance & Governance Drive sales productivity, quality and compliance across bancassurance channels, including Balanced Scorecard and regulatory requirements. Oversee execution of product, marketing and channel strategies tailored to partner segmentation and customer profiles. Ensure robust risk management, controls and regulatory compliance, balancing growth with Prudential’s governance standards. 6. People & Capability Leadership Lead and coach senior sales and account management teams across multiple partnerships. Build future‑ready capabilities in digital selling, HNW advisory and partnership management. Foster a performance‑driven, collaborative and accountable culture. Key Competencies Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Executive‑level stakeholder and partner management Ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution Digital mindset with customer‑centric orientation High integrity, sound judgment and resilience in a complex environment Job Specification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (MBA is a plus) 12–15 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance or financial services Strong experience managing key partnerships and driving revenue/P&L Good understanding of HNW / affluent segment and bancassurance models Exposure to digital transformation or digital sales initiatives Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across functions Solid knowledge of risk, compliance and governance requirements Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
