Our purpose-built long day care service caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, designed specifically to support the families of ANSTO. The environment, both indoors and outdoors has been thoughtfully crafted to inspire curiosity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. We specialise in: * The implementation of RIE®‘s educational approach, referred to as ‘Educaring’, an approach to working with infants and toddlers based on demonstrated respect in every interaction with them. * 'Circle of Security', 'Attachment Theory' and ‘Play Spaces’ practices. * Sustainable practices and environmental awareness issues in Early Childhood education. The role We are looking for someone with previous directing experience who is ECT qualified to lead the team on a permanent basis, working 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday. This role will be split between time working with children in the classroom and dedicated administration time for Educational Leadership and Director responsibilities.
