QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and implement effective operational strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
• Prepare and present reports on organisational performance to the board of directors.
