Description
Foundation Partners is seeking a strategic, values-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and execution of development initiatives that strengthen Team Member capabilities, elevate Leadership Excellence, and reinforce our Operating Principles. This role builds scalable learning programs that support Team Member growth, operational performance, and a culture of compassion and service across our network. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep experience in team member development, leadership programs, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with operational leaders, SMEs, and Support Center partners to co-create meaningful content that reflects our unique profession and the communities we serve. Responsibilities include: * Lead the L&D strategy, aligning programs to organizational goals and Operating Principles * Build and enhance leadership development pathways for current and emerging leaders * Oversee learning program design and delivery using modern, blended modalities * Partner with stakeholders to co-create content grounded in operational needs * Lead and develop the L&D team, systems, and external partnerships * Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and Team Member experience Qualifications: * 6--8+ years L&D or OD experience; leadership development experience strongly preferred * Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and modern learning technologies * Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and create learning content at scale * Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills If you're passionate about developing people, building leadership capability, and supporting a mission-driven, service-focused culture, we'd love to meet you.
