Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL

Join our Legal – Projects, Development & Planning (PDP) team that provides specialist construction, major projects and property and planning legal support to Transport agencies. PDP is a critical function in managing and mitigating risk for TfNSW’s Tier 1 infrastructure projects, as well as providing procurement support for sub-tier 1 projects across TfNSW’s core procurement activities (covering, road, rail, light rail and maritime procurements) and delivery and O&M functions.
Reporting to the Executive Director Legal – Projects, Development & Planning, you will be an integral part of our Leadership Team. The role specialises in providing property advice to the Transport Portfolio, including Sydney Trains and NSW Trains.
