Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, your mission is to own the full lifecycle marketing function across Arcady Media’s client portfolio. You’ll architect and oversee lifecycle strategies that drive retention, engagement, and LTV, while fostering long-term client relationships rooted in trust and performance.
You’ll lead both the client success and lifecycle strategy teams — building proven systems for repeatable results, training new talent, and optimizing touchpoints across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and more. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for someone who blends deep CRM expertise with operational rigor and a client-first mindset

HOW THIS ROLE FITS ON THE TEAM

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, client experience, and team leadership. Your role bridges the high-level lifecycle vision with executional processes and team development.

  • You will guide the Lifecycle Marketing Managers and train strategists on our frameworks and SOPs.
  • You will own client onboarding, success, and feedback loops, acting as the escalation point and relationship steward.
  • You will collaborate with performance and creative leads to evolve our approach and ensure execution matches strategy.
